Your family’s normal routine has likely taken many dips and turns over the past months while adjusting to a changing world. While the ups and downs might be challenging to ride out, it’s important to accept what you can’t control and find ways to embrace new opportunities. Not just for you, but your whole family!

In this session, Nina Crowley, PhD, RDN, LD – a registered dietitian, health psychologist and a busy multi-tasking mom – will equip you with strategies for balancing work, home, school and everything in between. From your family’s mental health to physical health, she’ll give tips for prioritizing these important aspects, including food and exercise strategies, stress relief and ways to make healthy habits out of hidden opportunities!
