Tampa , FL – The Obesity Action Coalition (OAC) is excited to debut its new Web site at www.obesityaction.org. The OAC, a newly formed patient-based nonprofit organization, is designed to educate and advocate on behalf of those living with and/or affected by obesity.
The OAC Web site offers many user-friendly benefits to patients with obesity, their families and healthcare professionals. Features of the site include sections titled, “All about Obesity,” “Advocacy,” “Patient Stories” and much more. The Obesity Action Alert, debuting August 1, 2005, will provide readers with the most up-to-date information concerning the obesity community, as well as highlight OAC news and resources. To sign up for the Obesity Action Alert, please visit the OAC Web site.
“The OAC Web site is truly a valuable resource for its visitors.
