Tampa , FL – The Obesity Action Coalition (OAC) is excited to debut its new Web site at www.obesityaction.org. The OAC, a newly formed patient-based nonprofit organization, is designed to educate and advocate on behalf of those living with and/or affected by obesity.
The OAC Web site offers many user-friendly benefits to patients with obesity, their families and healthcare professionals. Features of the site include sections titled, “All about Obesity,” “Advocacy,” “Patient Stories” and much more. Also available on the site, visitors can sign up for the first issue of Obesity Action Alert – the OAC’s free electronic newsletter transmitted on the 1st day of each month.
