If you are living with obesity or know someone that is, then you know first-hand how weight can impact on your health. That is why, the Obesity Action Coalition (OAC) is proud to offer you the Living Well Guide, a FREE resource that you can use to learn more about your weight and health.

  • A detailed look at options for managing your weight and health

The journey of weight-loss can often be a difficult one with a variety of pitfalls. This guide was designed with you in mind. The Living Well Guide aims to help you along your journey with weight and health. While this guide focuses primarily on nutrition, you will also learn how to make healthy lifestyle choices, manage your weight and, most importantly, how to be successful long term.

The OAC is a National nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by the disease of obesity through awareness, education, advocacy and support.
