The word “advocacy” can seem intimidating, but an advocate is simply someone who does something to support a cause. The OAC needs advocates like you to help us create a better world for individuals affected by the disease of obesity.

If you want to learn how to become an advocate but you don’t know how to get started, this video series is for you! You don’t need any special skills or experience to get started. We will walk you through the basics and give you all you need to start making a difference.
