OAC Welcomes Two New Members to the Chairman’s Council and Thanks its Recently Renewed Council Members
The OAC Chairman’s Council continually welcomes new members to the OAC’s highest level. This past month, we are proud to welcome Centennial Center for the Treatment of Obesity and Southern Surgical Hospital.
Centennial Center for the Treatment of Obesity, located in Nashville, TN, is our most recent addition to the Chairman’s Council. This center is dedicated to helping individuals address their weight and has been home to many OAC volunteers and leaders. Southern Surgical Hospital (Slidell, LA) is our newest addition to Sponsored Membership Program. This facility has agreed to give each of their patients a one-year membership in the OAC and is actively getting involved to advance the cause of obesity. The OAC thanks both these new groups for their support and commitment to individuals affected by obesity.
We are also proud to announce companies/organizations that have recently renewed their membership in the Chairman’s Council. The OAC recognizes the following renewed Council members: Alaska Bariatric Center, Geisinger Healthcare System, Rocky Mountain Associated Physicians and the STOP Obesity Alliance.
Support by our Chairman’s Council members is a crucial way that the OAC is able to effectively represent the individual impacted by obesity. To learn more and view a complete list of OAC Chairman’s Council members, please click here.>>>
